dish itself.
The other five minutes is for eating the prepared dish by
the chef and her visitor. The title of the cooking show is

These cooking shows its viewers how to prepare, cook and
present food. There are different kinds of ingredients that
they prepare everyday. Some days, they cook beef meat, chicken
meat, just vegetables, fruits or fish meat. There are days when
all they prepare are desserts and they are days when it is just
appetizers, entrees and others.
Speaking of fish, there are many ways to prepare and cook
salmon. There are actually a dozen different ways, and maybe
more. You can fry 'em, grill them, make them the main
ingredient in soup and others. And still many are coming out
with different recipes on how to cook salmon.
Fish, you see, are what most people eat these days. So many
people have been diagnosed with having high cholesterol from
eating pig meat or cow meat and so they refrain away from fatty
foods and stick to fish, most cases salmon.
