There are some ways to make sure that the salmon is cooked
properly. The easiest test to know that the salmon is cooked
properly is to insert a fork in the fillet, preferably in the
thickest part. If the fish is being cooked wholly, the back
bone is also one of the places to insert the fork. If the meat
of the fish is flanked easily, then the meat inside the fish is
properly cooked. If the meat is slightly pink then, the meat is
semi cooked.
